Some items are special order items and may take much longer for delivery than other items. Delivery for furniture items is Curbside via motor freight. The freight company will schedule an appointment for delivery. Please note that all furniture shipments are FOB Georgia. Furniture items delivered via Motor Freight Curbside to your home (the freight company will schedule an appointment with you prior to delivery for your convenience). Please note that delivery charges are for curbside delivery only. Any extra amenities such as inside delivery or lift gate service are not included in the freight charges and if you receive such amenities, then you may be charged extra for these services by the freight company. C&B Sales is not responsible for such extra amenity charges. Please note that you are responsible for receiving the shipment. If the carrier cannot make contact with you, the shipping liability is yours, since the shipping organization has performed their service (of getting the goods to you). The item must also be shipped via motor freight (large truck) PREPAID CLASS 125 so as to prevent damage. Item must be received by C&B Sales in good condition. Damaged returns will not be accepted. C&B Sales reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that is damaged by freight or not returned in original packaging and/or crated properly so as to prevent damage.
